Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and services.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using POS systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the register with high attention to detail.
- Assist in setting up displays and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Reliable access to a smartphone or computer for app-based communication.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings as required.
