The Role:
You will be the friendly face and voice of our brand, assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM systems.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management personnel.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or support experience is highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
