Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, resolving issues efficiently and courteously.

- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or escalations in a timely manner.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to improve service delivery and workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
