Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM database.
- Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and account troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and find solutions.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and service updates to provide accurate information.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating CRM software (experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is preferred).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for some on-site shifts.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
