Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Process transactions accurately, including payments and returns, using company software.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.
- Update customer records in the database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Must be reliable and able to pass a background check.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
