Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, high-touch support to clients via phone, email, and live chat, resolving technical issues and product inquiries with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Assist clients in navigating our software platforms, offering step-by-step guidance to enhance their user experience.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and track recurring issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to communicate user feedback and suggest improvements for our platform.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell premium features to existing customers to maximize account value.
- Maintain a professional and up-to-date knowledge base of our products and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a major plus.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.
