Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies immediately
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse setting
- Team player with clear communication abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
