Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and accuracy before processing.
- Organize stock in warehouse aisles to ensure efficient retrieval and safety.
- Package and label items for shipping and distribution accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license may be required for some roles.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
