Responsibilities
- Pack & Process Orders: Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily stock checks and organize warehouse shelves to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to management immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity and efficiency goals.
- Loading/Unloading: Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Valid state-issued ID and social security card for onboarding.
