Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support tickets in the helpdesk system.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer peripherals and devices.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to resolve complex technical escalations.
- Conduct basic system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
