Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues with minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all technical resolutions and standard operating procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level engineers while ensuring the customer is updated throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for new support staff to ensure team-wide knowledge consistency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a technical support or helpdesk capacity.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven track record of resolving complex IT issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in using helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer).
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for occasional on-site visits.
