Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
