Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and improve the performance, responsiveness, and stability of existing applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive technical guidance to junior team members.
- Identify and resolve complex software defects, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Expert knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and state management libraries.
- Experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python).
- Deep understanding of database design, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
