Responsibilities

- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Clean and maintain the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and store promotions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with computer systems.
