Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks, ensuring all items meet our high quality standards.
- Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local New Orleans dining culture is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
