Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to tables.
- Answer guest questions regarding menu items and specials.
- Handle payments and process tips efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and tipping.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
