Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Operate powered pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and processing documentation
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory tracking experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to Northwest Chicago facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn new systems
