Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanners
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Complete daily paperwork and digital reporting tasks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Park location
- Availability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
