Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in our WMS system.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the packing team to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
