Responsibilities

- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and strategic roadmap for our 2026 product lifecycle, aligning complex engineering goals with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Integration & Scaling: Oversee the seamless integration of AI models into existing cloud infrastructures, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Large Language Models, Generative AI) and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish rigorous protocols for data privacy and ethical AI usage, ensuring our systems align with global regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Experience with quantum computing libraries is a significant plus.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale, distributed systems that handle millions of transactions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
