Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation Machine Learning architectures optimized for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core enterprise products.
- Oversee the development of ethical, unbiased AI systems with a focus on transparency.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish rigorous code and model governance standards.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex technical requirements into scalable solutions.
- Drive innovation in data pipeline efficiency and real-time processing capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in specialized AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying high-scale production ML models.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning principles.
