Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor heavy machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehousing is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
