Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality control inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assemble, package, and label products for shipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
