Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term innovation goals.
- Design and oversee the architecture of hybrid quantum-classical AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of architects, engineers, and researchers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including C-level executives and R&D partners, to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum computing, AI, and machine learning to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and delivering complex systems from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles, programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq), and quantum algorithms.
- Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
