Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for complex computational challenges
- Develop error-corrected quantum computing protocols for machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Author breakthrough research publications in top-tier quantum/AI journals
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
- Translate theoretical models into scalable quantum computing architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum machine learning
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
