- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through innovative proposals and technical roadmaps
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and cloud providers
- Author breakthrough patents in quantum cryptography and machine learning integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit optimization
- Proven track record of building quantum systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
