Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits and error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop quantum software frameworks for enterprise deployment
- Conduct research on novel quantum computing methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Create technical documentation and quantum computing roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Shor's algorithm)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects
