Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical architectures for enterprise solutions
- Lead quantum software development using Qiskit, Cirq, and custom frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Document quantum protocols and create intellectual property portfolios
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and conduct research workshops
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years of quantum computing implementation experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Publication record in quantum computing or peer-reviewed conferences
- Strong background in linear algebra and computational complexity
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
