- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quantum computing roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Research and implement novel quantum machine learning techniques for predictive analytics
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development and simulation methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design using frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq
- Proficiency in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, etc.)
- Published research in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts to executive stakeholders
