Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and secure buy-in for multi-million dollar initiatives

Qualifications
