Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms to solve complex computational problems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Lead integration of quantum solutions with classical IT infrastructure
- Research and implement quantum error correction protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and establish quantum computing best practices
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industry applications
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, Qiskit, and Cirq frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum hardware SDKs
- Experience with machine learning and quantum machine learning
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
