Responsibilities
- Architect quantum circuits optimized for fault-tolerant operations at scale
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D for quantum-resistant encryption protocols for critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum processors with >1,000 qubits
- Create simulation environments for quantum neural network training and validation
- Publish breakthrough research in IEEE Quantum journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum algorithms or error correction protocols
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
