Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum processor designs
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption frameworks for next-gen cybersecurity
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic computing)
- Create technical documentation and roadmaps for quantum system deployments
- Present quantum computing solutions to C-suite executives and strategic partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Cirq) and simulators
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or peer-reviewed conference presentations
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and parallel processing frameworks
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Microsoft Azure Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
