Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for practical industry applications
- Architect scalable quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in quantum error correction
- Develop patent-pending quantum hardware interfaces
- Translate theoretical quantum models into deployable solutions
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE and ACM conferences
- Establish industry partnerships for quantum adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years quantum algorithm design experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with quantum annealing and topological computing
- Track record of securing NSF or DARPA quantum grants
