Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving optimization problems in logistics and drug discovery
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain networks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Secure patents for novel quantum computational methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit implementations
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
