Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead experiments with superconducting qubits and quantum error correction protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical systems
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present findings at global conferences
- Secure and manage research grants from government and industry partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
