Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial deployment
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for materials science and cryptography
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum machine learning models
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen financial systems
- Mentor quantum engineering talent and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubit systems or ion trap technology
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
