- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Coordinate with policy teams to shape future tech regulations

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record in scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor and quantum hardware ecosystems
