Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 10,000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error-correction protocols for industrial-scale quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization for AI and materials science
- Partner with semiconductor engineers to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Author patents for novel quantum gate operations and topological qubit designs
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Track record of securing $1M+ in quantum research grants
