Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for enterprise-scale deployments
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms targeting 2026 industry challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum applications for Fortune 500 partners
- Design error-correction frameworks achieving 99.99% qubit stability
- Contribute to open-source quantum SDKs with global research communities
- Secure $50M+ in quantum computing research grants and partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 1000 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Security clearance preferred for government quantum initiatives
