Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures supporting >10,000 qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen quantum error correction protocols
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation financial systems
- Create implementation roadmaps for quantum acceleration in AI/ML pipelines
- Secure patents for novel quantum gate designs and coherence optimization techniques
- Advise C-suite on quantum technology adoption timelines and ROI strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in building quantum computing systems at scale
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit implementation
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and circuit optimization
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum computing research grants
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
