Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with 500+ qubit capabilities
- Develop proprietary quantum error correction codes for 99.9% fidelity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead patent development for quantum algorithms and hardware innovations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum physics principles
- Establish industry partnerships for quantum cloud service integration
- Research topological qubit implementations for commercial deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware/software architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mechanisms
- Experience leading $5M+ R&D projects
- Security clearance for government quantum initiatives
