Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to improve qubit stability and error correction
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Demonstrated ability to publish high-impact research in quantum computing
- Proficiency in cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Experience with machine learning and classical-quantum integration
