Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical industrial applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes at cryogenic temperatures
- Publish groundbreaking research in Nature/Science journals with 2026 impact focus
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning integration

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research (IBM/Google/Honeywell experience preferred)
