Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in government and industry research grants
- Mentor PhD researchers and guide quantum technology roadmap development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation techniques
- Experience with superconducting and ion-trap quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
