Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate on quantum hardware integration with superconducting and photonic systems
- Lead research projects in quantum machine learning and quantum simulation
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming experience (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in quantum information science or quantum computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Experience with superconducting qubits or photonic quantum systems
- Ability to secure government/industry research funding preferred
