Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experiments on superconducting quantum processors at cryogenic temperatures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quantum error correction protocols
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure and manage research partnerships with academic institutions
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and algorithm design
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems or superconducting qubits
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
