Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about our inventory.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
- Operate standard office and retail equipment as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-8 hours).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
