Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical strategies with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning frameworks capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Lead the integration of generative AI models into core business workflows to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, DevOps, Product) to ensure seamless deployment of AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and model interpretability.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure system reliability and performance under load.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale AI systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
