Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI infrastructures for future-ready applications.
- Lead Research & Development in cutting-edge generative models, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex 2026 technical roadmaps into production-ready solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance across all experimental projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize neural network architectures for real-time inference and edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and system architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Transformer architectures.
- Strong background in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model deployment strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
